Your-Space is an award winning, IIM - Cambridge - Oxford alumni initiative dedicated to making the lives of young adults living away from home for their studies a safe, hassle-free and memorable hostel experience.
We aim to redefine student living with a unique product, standardized across all locations and have been around for the last 5 years. Currently we are present in 10 cities and 55+ hostels housing over 6000 students.

We collect personal information that you voluntarily provide to us when you register onto the application indicating your expression of interest in obtaining information about us or our services. Security Deposit Refund
It has been over three months since I vacated my room, yet I still have not received my security deposit refund. Despite numerous calls and emails, there has been no action taken. When payments are due, the hostel is quick to demand full payment upfront, but when it comes to refunds, there is an unacceptable delay. Additionally, when vacating, even a minor delay on our part is met with threats of daily fines of ₹10,000 and the risk of having our belongings thrown out. This double standard is extremely unfair and unprofessional. I request immediate action on this matter.
Security deposit
Literally would irritate you to pay the rent on the 1st day of the month and when your contract ends would not even give you a single day to vacate and would literally throw your stuff out and I vacated in june and it been 3 months and I haven’t received my security deposit yet and even if i call the authorities or customer care firstly they don’t even pick up and even if they do pick up they’ll dodge the question and reply with “we’ll get back to you” or “you’ll get your refund in next 2 months” etc.
Refund pending
Understand they have a 2month time period for refund but it’s been 4.5 months still no response. The room and everything is nice but this behaviour was really disappointing. I shifted from Mumbai to Delhi and I would have stayed at your space again if they paid my money back on time. Your space it’s Your Loss.
