ZAAROZ is an online food ordering & delivery service with services initiated at Cuddalore district, Tamilnadu, India.
ZAAROZ has partnered with popular restaurants and hotels in Chidambaram & surrounding areas so you can order food from the comfort of your home.
ZAAROZ app allows you to choose restaurant, browse their menu and select your choice of food, place order with an option of online payment or cash on delivery. Your favourite food gets delivered at your doorstep.
Our goal at ZAAROZ is to make it easier for customers to enjoy their meal at their own comfort and in the process enable businesses to serve their customers better.
ZAAROZ customer app comes with a lot of user friendly features listed below to ensure a great customer experience.

Lots of improvements required
1. They tied up with restaurants who don't know about basic food ingredients. I ordered paneer tikka pizza and mentioned no spicy but they delivered with utmost spicy. Restaurant justified me that they didn't put onion and Panneer tikka is always spicy. At least they should have called me before preparing it then I would have ordered alternative food.
2. With respect to delivery, very prompt. So far no delays ✅. Drinking water can quality and delivery are much appreciable.
3. When it comes to the cost. Delivery charge plus fee % increased cost of individual items is not acceptable. There is no option to combine more than one order (not urgent) so that customer can pay one delivery charges.
4. As customer I will be happy if Zomato or Swiggy comes here with value for money to customers.
5. App wants to take address from phone. We unable to enter appropriate address manually. New riders goes to wrong location and call us. When I informed them they told to contact their management.
6. They use electric vehicle which is another good factor to environment. 👏
Perambalur Rider Behaviour issues
I had ordered food from 2 restaurants the same rider who delivered food the previous day had come that day also.. He asked “Dont you cook at home you are ordering almost daily, how will you save money if you expend on food daily?”
That’s purely non of his business he should know his limits..
This guy had my order after a gap and Yesterday when he came he said it’s been a little gap are you not ordering food on Zarroz.. Earlier to this also I have had issues with riders complaining of Late night orders and coming late and blaming the restaurants. Please train your staff to be respectful and and courteous, after all we are ordering and that is why they have the job.. Treat customers with respect.
No response to my complaint by call so I have stopped using Zaaroz from that day
Food
I was so impressed with my lunch this afternoon! I tried the Fried chicken and Crab Lollipop.I finished my whole plates and were so impressed with the quality of the food and the short delivery of time it took to receive it. It was very helpful.
