ZAAROZ partner app is a perfect tool for our restaurant partners for managing orders received from ZAAROZ customers.

ZAAROZ partner app aims to simplify and streamline the complete order management process starting with order confirmation to food preparation to actual delivery of the order.

The partner app is built to act as a bridge between our restaurant partners and ZAAROZ customers by providing a technology driven food delivery service tracking the food from restaurant partner's kitchen to customer's doorstep.

The app allows restaurant managers to keep track of all the orders received, delivered and cancelled and providing them with a complete view of their online business at any given point of time.

Lotta glitches

I could see lotta glitches on ios version of vendor app. Here are a few.

1. Not getting notification on new orders
2. App crashes often when i try to update menu details
3. Unable to respond back to customer reviews on ios version
4. App crash at times when i try to change order status

Need an Update with lot of corrections

2. App suddenly closed when accepting orders
3. Didn’t Call customer when accepting orders
