A Lifesaver with Room for Expansion

I stumbled upon Zepto out of sheer necessity, and it has swiftly become my go-to solution for any urgent needs. The app's efficiency is unmatched; my problems are consistently resolved within seconds, thanks to its seamless interface and responsive support system.

However, as impressed as I am with Zepto's current offerings, I can't help but imagine the potential it holds with a broader range of products. While browsing through the app, I found myself wishing they offered footwear, especially after an unfortunate incident today where I broke my sandal on the way home. I immediately turned to Zepto, hoping to find a quick replacement.

Despite this minor setback, I remain a loyal advocate for Zepto and eagerly await any expansions they may undertake in the future. Until then, I'll continue to rely on its unparalleled convenience for all my immediate needs.

They fool people

Application gave an advertisement that if I order for 299 and more I would be receiving free Budweiser non alcoholic drink . I have ordered twice when the advertisement was still on the app and never received any gift . On raising the question with their support i was told that I was not eligible for the gift. But I have sent around 6 emails asking why I was not eligible for the gift as the advertisement mentioned only about ordering for 299 and more and there was never a * or a condition apply symbol on it . Since both my order values were beyond 300 I should’ve been eligible . They have not been able to reply me back as to why was I fooled So I have to resort to the consumer court and settle the matter there . I have the screenshots of the advertisement and my order values for the dates the advertisement was displayed. These companies think that they can fool people easily for small amount and people will sit quietly. I Am sorry but I don’t like to be fooled and that’s even if it’s 1 rupee it’s still fooling people. People please order from *BLINK IT* instead even they deliver within 10 mins and don’t fool people like this

Update :They sent 100 rupees to wallet after following it up around 10 times . It’s still fooling people . They still didn’t have an answer to why I was not eligible. So left it as it is for now as following it up 100 times is not worth

Pathetic and poor service | go for some other trustworthy app

I got torn packets of flour(atta) packets worth almost around 900₹ and delivery guy told me that he can’t do anything and asked me to raise a concern on zepto app. I took the pictures and shared over chat on zepto, however , even after raising the ticket they are not accepting that I got the torn packets and keeps on repeating that the product from their delivery hub was sent at sealed packed condition and they are not ready to replace the products. I told their executive over call to loop in the delivery guy on that call, however, like a automated robot they Keeps on repeating the same line that it was sent in good condition from the delivery hub. Not sure, who was lying here the delivery hub or the delivery guy. Very poor and pathetic service from zepto NOT TRUSTWORTHY AT ALL. They don’t care about their customers. When I said that I will uninstall this app they just said go for it as it is your right as customer. Very bad attitude toward their customers. Guys go for some other trustworthy app even if they are taking some delivery charge for less amount orders as their customer care services are far more better and stop using this pathetic service app. I have uninstalled this app right after this incident and will definitely not recommend this app to anyone. Very poor delivery and customer care service.
