Helped me a lot during pandemic.
The platform of Zifcare has helped me in many ways during the lockdown as because i was trying to adjust with the new way of studying and all my college assignments and the fact that I have to be at home and be productive because all my friends are doing so much and are positive but why can’t I be?? Soo when I was searching for internships in my field of psychology, I came across this amazing platform which was so helpful through my process where I learned to be positive and calm I learned how to meditate and most importantly I evaluated my weak areas through the amazing feature of this app CHATBOX with which I can assess myself for free. I can also track my mood and write anything in my personal diary.
I am not saying all this because I am an intern here but because iI actually experienced it and it turned out to be helpful for my growth.
I would describe this app as a place for ones self development, positivity, motivation and attain peace of mind. It has articles based on self motivation and positivity, also about the psychology of humans in general. This app also provides podcasts, music which is really helpful for a deep relaxation, sleep, concentrate and focus on work. I love listening to nature’s music while falling asleep and also while I am meditating it helps me focus more. This way Zifcare app has been very helpful for me. I would say this is the best app that suites for present situation with the pandemic crisis, people have been more restless, frustrated and sad. Using this app will help them with positively and also motivates them to be productive.
Zifcare is really a very great initiative, in order to represent everything about Mental Health and make more and more people aware about it. Zifcare is like having solutions to all of your mental or stress related problems, to keep you calm and soothing. It basically plays a best friend role to one, by calm them down, making them aware of themselves, and letting them know their worth, via daily motivation, peaceful music etc! It’s an Amazing platform and I’m really glad to come across one. One thing I would like the authorities to add is maybe live sessions on the app, to communicate with people and etc. Great work guys! :)
