Absolutely pathetic service. This has been one of the worst online shopping experiences I’ve ever had. My order was delayed, the tracking page didn’t even work, and I received no proper updates. I was left completely frustrated and had no choice but to go to the warehouse and collect my parcel myself. The customer service is just as disappointing. Instead of resolving the issue, they kept giving vague responses and failed to provide any real help. It felt like they simply didn’t care about the inconvenience caused to their customers. Contacting support was a complete waste of time. What’s the point of paying for delivery if customers have to pick up their own orders? This level of service is completely unacceptable and shows a serious lack of professionalism, accountability, and respect for customers.I will never order from this app again and would not recommend it to anyone. If you value your time, money, and peace of mind, think twice before ordering from here. This company needs to improve both its delivery service and customer support because the current experience is unacceptable.

Absolutely terrible service. Customer care was completely useless—either unreachable or providing generic responses that did nothing to solve the problem. It felt like once the order was placed, the company simply stopped caring about the customer. Delayed delivery is bad enough, but the lack of support and professionalism made the experience even worse. I would strongly advise others to think twice before ordering from this company.

They are a pathetic place to get your kid for grooming. I booked a full grooming session for my cat through their app and had also paid ₹49 as a booking amount and even visited the branch before the visit time at 1pm but they out rightly denied to groom my cat after visiting their center at sector-35 B chandigarh. After all the wait to get a redressal Mr. Shubham from the HO gave me a same lame reason as any govt PSU would have given and that it is due to technical reason the bookings got overlapped.

I have ordered on 19th of june for my cat royal canin persian adult food 4 kg its still not delivered. Customer care number doesn’t exist chat support is useless and mails no reverts on time there is no update on app as well abt d delivery delay or when it will b delivered pathetic and useless app don’t deserve 1 star as well its minus
