Well made software
I can focus on my operations, brand building and leave the tech to Zoconut without hassle. Was initially sceptical of sharing my data with an external SP but been working with them for a year without any breach. Will recommend them without doubt
Buggy App
1. The app is full of bugs, issues which have not been handled or tested.
2. No technical support team
3. Very confusing client interface. flow is broken.
4. Difficult to use the app both my nutritionist and client.
5. Anything which can be done in one step will take 3-4(non intuitive steps) and many buttons to click.
6. No checks and balances.
