Zoho Mail 3.0 Update
ESC not working
I have been using zoho mail for web & mobile for more than 2 years now. I have to say this 3.0 release of Zoho mail for mobile has forced me to review the application for the first time. I am really happy to see the updates & these have been a good enhancement in terms of easy navigation, quick filters, much more customisation & what not. I appreciate the team.

I received exceptional support, which is highly appreciated. The overall experience of query resolution was excellent.As a new Zoho user, I initially faced some issues with my Mailbox ID profile. The concern was resolved very quickly with a solution that was easy to understand and self-explanatory. The response time was impressive.I later encountered another issue while creating my profile on Arattai. I raised a request under the same issue log, and once again, it was resolved in no time. Very complicated ecosystem

| came here after Modi ji's Made in India call and successfully created an account. Then i downloaded another Zoho app, but I didn't like it, so I deleted it. When I came back to Zoho Mail, I found that my newly created email had also been deleted. Now I can't sign up again with the same ID or mobile number. I never expected things to be so complicated and messed up here. All my craze has gone down the drain, and I am forced to go back to Gmail.My sincere suggestion to Indian companies: we truly want you to shine, but please don't complicate things unnecessarily.
