Zomato: Food Delivery & Dining 4+

As I’m the regular customer of Zomato and I loved the service which you provided me since then but from now onwards i was facing issues with the customer support service if i give instructions and didn’t get the product as per my instructions then also my issue was not resolved only the words and sympathy was given from your side just now I ordered and not getting what I instructed then also your employee TANYA GUPTA THE NAME I MENTIONED telling me that you pay more than your order value after that i told her to canceled the order she told me that sir sorry the order didn’t get canceled when i told her that I already mentioned the instructions then also I'm getting the wrong iten in few she was not agreed but after that she was in talking with delivery partner and i have all the talks recorded she tells him that she’ll canceled the order coz she was more over wants the amount fr from my order and i told her that when u was requested you to canceled the wrong item and I’ll pay the right one why would you not agree then she was like I’m not cancelling and ask more amount I’m again mentioning TANYA GUPTA the resolution provider was not a right employee and I’m using this app since long and have faith and trust but but today i lost it alll just sake of this type of understanding employees it us just a small feeling from a loyal and long term customer to Zomato please take this note seriously and resolve it…!!
