NO RESPONSE AFTER THE PAYMENT
The WORST service I’ve had in years in any aspect. Its been three days since the payment and not one call, not even a text. I’ve been continuously calling and dropping emails. No one is picking up the calls, nor am i being given any updates whatsoever. Extremely disappointed. I don't know if I’ll even get my refund. Never ever coming back again.
Worst support or no support
Everyone please stay away from this. Cannot register any new claims and there is no support team to inform this. Also, the application is riddled with bugs and spelling mistakes. I think this is simply an app to extort money from people.

worst insurance company. waiting for technician visit since 7 days. Tried to contact customer care but no one is giving response on mail or call. plz dont buy any insurance
