Poor customer service and fake company
They are a fake company, with promises that can’t be delivered. Takes money from customer upfront and goes away. Nobody picks call on customer support, nobody reply on emails. No deadlines respected by them.
Paid money in September 2019, but rooftop seller not working in February 2020. Company officials are making excuses one after other blaming policy blaming government official but not are responsible for delay at their end.
BEWARE FROM THIS COMPANY AND THEIR TACTICS. You will not see your hard earned money dealing with them I have learnt this the hard way after losing 2 lac rupees with them.
Overall service needs improvement
Prices they provide and services they give are highly value for money but there is more scope of improvement
App needs to be made more stable and bug free, overall process of installation and operation should be made more transparent and communicated to customer at every step
