Focus required on one product

Cycles are not maintained and often cycles are not available in parking area during peak hours. Rather than focusing on e-bikes and e-scooters, team should focus on one product and make it successfully implemented before moving on to other.

The worst first time experience!

I have tried to use your service first time as I was bit late and not getting Any shares transport but it was turned be the worst experience. The scooter got unlocked showing 60 percent battery but it does not get started. I tried my level best to start the same with all the Knowlege I have and finally I decided to end my ride. But it was not allowing me to end my ride saying I am leaving the scooter on non parking zone but I have found this scooter at the same place only and it doesn’t move even an inch. I have then contacted the customer care. The lady other end was very soft spoken but she could not help me the asked me to pause the ride from app and she will end the ride from her side. Finally my ride got end and deducted money from my wallet where I have not used the scooter for even one min. This is very pathetic and annoying experience. They don’t care about the customer experience. This is the worst experience I had in my life.

Good Idea. Bad Technology

I was very excited about Mobycy when it was launched though that this is going to be a part of my daily commuting. Well it’s kind of a disaster the app fails you most of the time you need it. The worst is even the customer care doesn’t care to respond to issues. Last time even after marking the founder on a mail never got a resolution. Yet again today I thought I will try it again after a gap of few months was under the impression the glitches would have got sorted. Well I was wrong. There are new glitches. My balance amount shows as zero. All the money I had paid them is gone. It directs me to add more money through paytm.
I’m not that big a fool. Will rather delete the app and forget the money lost in the past and the inconvenience caused. And ask my driver to come and pick me up or order an Uber.
