Log in error

I’m a user from kashmir , and I have subscribed the monthly pack recently but I cannot seem to log into my account , whenever I do so , a message box appears that say “ abnormalities detected in your client , try tomorrow” it’s been a whole day and I still cannot log in . Please fix this error , my monthly pack is wasting .

Great service but still lacking at places.

I am in China using your platinum service. It works really well here be it pc or mobile phone. Only issue is whenever I receive or make a whatsapp call it quickly goes to reconnecting and never reconnects. Tries with all of your available servers. To make whatsapp call i have to use some free or international based vpn service. Please correct this problem.

Premium is good But.

I bought the platinum pack but only 2 devices can use it at the same time which would have been far better if atleast 4 could have used it.
Otherwise, the service is awesome and i hope u protect and value our privacy and user information.

Unstable connection

I’m from kashmir & from yesterday I m unable to use LETS VPN only show unstable connection nd I already use all kind of thing like restarting app and complaining online and upload logs too but nothing happens .. I buy 1 month subscription so plzzz resolve this issue...

Vpn not connecting

I'm a user from kashmir, India. Almost all ios and andriod users from kashmir are facing problem from 2:pm today(local indian time),28th february . Vpn is not getting connected, Please resolve this issue as soon as possible, as we have purchased your subscription many times. Don't break the trust of your customers afterthat no,one will purchase it again in future .

Any updates for iphone users in kashmir as it is not working

Lets vpn is not working from saturday for all users especially for iphone users. Is there any update in settings etc. Kindly look into the matter as soon as possible.

When will 2.7 version be out for ios

Lets vpn has successfully dodged the airtel firewall, beta version working in airtel, when will be ios version available. Please upload soon . Only 5 days of premium remaining now.

Complaint

I have purchased one week subscription of lets vpn as soon as i purchased it showed week time remaining but within one hour of usage from 8 days the remaining days went down to 7.
I want to know how come few hours from one to two equals to complete day and if i am not using lets vpn why hours are getting down with every hour?
If it is so then i wont continue to purchase lets vpn against my hard earned money

Hello, LetsVPN's display time rule, when you are less than 24 hours, it will directly display one day less, but your time will definitely not decrease. You can check your purchase time and then check your expired Time must agree with each other. If you have any problems, please contact the customer service lady in the software to solve the problem.After the problem is resolved, please give me a five star, thank you.

Unable to connect

As we all know you guys have fixed the connection problem with airtel operator, the jio users are also eagerly waiting for you to fix this problem as soon as possible.

Welcome, the IN area is currently blocking us. Our technical department has taken care of it. There may be situations where it is impossible or difficult to connect. Please restart the software multiple times for connection and use. Sorry for the inconvenience.
