Customer - Whenever the customer has requirement, he logs into the Wonga Laundry Application app. He can browse through the Driver profiles available in his vicinity. He can choose a particular Driver by viewing his customer ratings and also choose his cleaning preferences. Next he schedules a pickup with the chosen Driver. He can also choose his preferable time for delivery of the clothes.There is an alarm button available in the app, which will alert you in case you fail to keep a track on the delivery time.


Driver - A professional Wonga Laundry Application valet will be dispatched by the Driver, to collect clothes from the customer. He will come with custom laundry and garment bags to collect the customer’s clothes - so that they are protected in style. After the cleaning/dry cleaning job is done, the valet delivers the clothes to the customer at his home at his preferable time. At the end of service, both customers and Drivers can rate one another for future reference.
