My precious account got closed by you and I had to make a new one. I tried all measures you set for me to get my account back but you never responded bit of a damage for me since I lost a lot of new clients and had to restart 5years of work because of Instagram

Not helpful when trying to reach new audiences.

' Way too often my hashtags get disabled without any reason, I am trying to promote myself and a comic I’m working on but the app keeps disabling my hashtags so no one can see the stuff I work hard on solely to post on this app to promote my work. It’s impossible to reach anyone who works there for help or support. It used to be better but has only gotten worse with time. I don’t know how they expect people to continue using the app when they have no support and keep making it harder to reach new potential followers.

Harassment is not always handled seriously/correctly

although i spend a lot of my time on instagram i think it does not handle harassment and illegal issues seriously/correctly at all times. i reported a “fan account” of a popular kpop band Stray Kids which had been sexualising the youngest member which is a minor(17) by a grown woman(26). that is very much illegal and it was not taken seriously and i was told that it does not violate their community guidelines. this is not even the 2nd time i’ve reported an account for these reasons and been told the same thing. thank u, next.
