Klappi‪ð‬ 4+

I've had an incredibly frustrating experience with the Straeto application. From constant errors and glitches on the iPhone, where I couldn't even accept the privacy policy, to the app randomly logging me out and tickets disappearing. Today, it took the liberty of shifting my ticket to my klapp card without warning, forcing me to navigate back to the website. To make matters worse, backend and database errors also occur sometimes like i open the application and there is a firebase error on my phone with saying no ticket purchased. It's baffling why these issues persist without any apparent effort to fix them. Disappointing, to say the least.

This app is stupid, I take the bus everyday and it horrible, it takes 1 min to load, the scanning method is frustrating, and I can’t see where the buses are! The only good thing about it is that it costs 4000kr monthly but I would rather use Strætó but wait it gets worse… Strætó app isn’t supported anymore! That is like ending support for a phone and making it entirely useless, and then switch force them to a different phone which is worse, get it if you have to take the bus, it’s just bad.

Cant even buy a ticket. Takes forever to load if it loads. There is always an issue early in the morning. I guess im just going to have to explain to the bus driver that i digitally cannot buy a ticket (again). Always some issue. Worst app i have ever used. Worst run company i have ever seen.
Stop picking your nose and start doing something about this. Please its not hard.
