It dose this weird thing where it closes my phone after being in it for more then 60 seconds
It like closes my phone turns off my music and stuff and it’s very annoying I literally have to play a ticking time bomb with the dam app😭

One problem after another
I’ve used this app for a year now and I just dealt with the quality being bad for a while because I’m not going to throw out my LED lights but now I can’t log into my account if I can’t soon I have to tear them off my wall and ruin the paint job to replace it because if the app doesn’t work then the device doesn’t work
When I type my account name the “account can’t be empty” when I’ve already put in the account name
Help me or I have to buy from another brand which I don’t want to do

Did you use your e-mail address? That is your username. If the e-mail address is incomplete it will say the field is empty

Cant pair doorbell
The app dosent find my doorbell after changing router, doorbell is in pairing mode but the app cant find it. Router is 2.4G
