Description
OpenAssess is freely available smartphone application.
OpenAssess aims to provide ideas and resources to support persons with disabilities in living at home and being able to perform and participate in daily activities as independently as possible.
OpenAssess mobile app is freely available and it can be used by both professionals (for example occupational therapists and physiotherapists) and non-professionals (for example beneficiaries, family members, people from the general community, local community, or other people that have an interest).
OpenAssess contains questions related to areas in the house and daily activities that might be affected due to an injury or disability. Possible solutions are given about accessibility and assistive devices. Production cards for certain solutions (for example ramp, transfer aids, dressing aids, eating and drinking aids) are available.
