Description

Through the customer app the Ingka Value Chain Partner will be able to see the electricity price they will pay for each hour for today and tomorrow, as well as for yesterday.
This is the market price as published for the Day Ahead market, which is the basis for our price offer to the customer.
Providing hourly price information for the day ahead allows the customer to steer electricity consumption to the greenest and cheapest hours where possible.
In addition, the app will show our forecast for the customer’s consumption plus our projected production.
Providing access to invoices and possibility to communicate with the customer through the notification tab.
