Presented as a public service by Magnin & Associates (handheld game developers since 1993) and its founder Ed Magnin (who has over 35+ years in the game industry, and over 12+ years concurrently teaching graduate and undergraduate game courses).

Decent
Turns out that you have to sign in with your Facebook credentials in order to access this app, though suspending and opening it again will bypass it.
The quiz itself is short but has some branching to it, and it is honest about the choices you make, giving answers you might not like. However, I do feel like it is focusing way too much on the world of the big AAA publishers and not indie game development. Big companies obviously won't hire someone off the street for a game designer position, but over the last decade there's been a huge revolution that has put all the tools and knowledge of making games at people's fingertips. You don't have to come crawling in through the QA department anymore and suffer through the meat grinder of crunch and awful working conditions to stand a chance.
