It’s great and all but

I want you to make the app refresh by itself let’s say i start on a tv show I want it to save where I left off I have to close the application and open again to do that I want it to do that when I stop watching

Horrible customer support. Don't buy through Apple

Bought through Apple and it didn't work,even though I saw the payment on my credit card statement. Contacted customer service (someone called Mikkel) which was very rude and initially didn't believe me, but when I sent him screenshots of the confirmation payment email he then said it wasn't Viaplays problem!

I just don't get it, why be so defensive from the start. Why don't you believe the customer and just give a refund. At least I will never subscribe to Viaplay.

Purchases through iTunes unfortunately cannot be adjusted by our customer service, and if something with the purchase has gone wrong or needs to be refunded that is something only iTunes customer service can provide.

If you make a purchase directly on our website using a debit card, we can handle the purchases like normal.
