Very confusing
I have used this app from denmark and I was super satisfied. Then I came to Iceland and I was so happy to hear that this app is now available here as well. I helped my aunt and uncle to get the app and it worked fine at that time.
Now I had to use it so I go on App Store and get it for myself. But the problem now is...if I want to send money using the app, I can’t. Because it tells me to go to nearest Western Union outlet and PAY there.!!!!
If I have to go to the nearest outlet...what is the purpose of the app??!!!
Trouble sending money from Iceland
When i try to send money to someone i can’t send it through this app, this app ask me go to the nearest western union branch to pay there, if i go to nearest western union branch then what is the purpose of this app to use. This app is not working in Iceland. Please fix this problem.
