We’re regularly trying to make improvements to the app with each release. This time we’ve fixed some annoying bugs and improved the performance of the app.
Ratings and Reviews
Convenient
Money transfer made easy. Now you won’t have to go to the bank or other money transferring services. It’s safe and the transfaction fee is cheap. I totally recommend.
Frequent system error lately
Since the early part of 2023, most of my transactions take days before it will be delivered compared to last year which was quicker that it only takes them to send my money for less than 5 minutes.
The good thing with them is that they send the exact amount of money to the receiver (though recently it takes few days ), and another is, they respond quickly if there are some transaction errors.

Cumbersome customer care
I used to find it really convenient to use WR but now I seem to have to verify my identity every time I use it, having to upload photos of my ID and take a selfie in addition to having to resend details about myself even though WR claims you only have to do this once. I have sent enquiries about this but only received bot answers which is really annoying.
