So and So
The app is full of features and option.
Had two big problem:
- only for Chinese speakers
- lot of features can be used only but Chinese national
Very bad that an international company like China Eastern, one of the best in China cannot provide useful service for foreigners.
Air China app English version is much more completed.
Proper english app needed
Dear China Eastern, I fly with you a lot in china and abroad and as a foreigner is almost impossible to use this app. Especially for a frequent flier, you should make the app very well done in english to push foreigners to fly with you and to join your frequent flier program. The app you have in chinese is very well done, please make the same in English as soon as possible! Thank you
Please translate the Member portal for English speaking users
After over a year of using the app this portal still tells me Coming Soon. Please do something fornon Chinese speakers. It makes no sense having an app if i have login on a computer to check my account. Thanks. I hope I’ll be able to rate you higher soon!
