would give zero stars if I could

The app is super laggy, transitioning from one section to the other takes a lot of time bc of that, it switches to korean automatically whenever I reopen the app so that I have to change it back to english every single time, sometimes video votes are not added or the ad just doesn’t play, it took me a while to understand how to vote and collect the different stars because the guide was barely giving any useful info and when I read articles not only they load slowly but I’m also bombarded by multiple pop up ads/videos as I try to scroll down the piece. Also don’t trust them on the voting polls either, I voted for one and the rules were very strict but they suddenly changed without anyone knowing

Laggy and too many advertising pop ups

This app is extremely laggy and there are too many advertising popups that somedays is almost impossible to use it.

this is not a app for fans

for being a service with “fan” in the name it’s funny that they never reply to fans’ messages, especially they ask respect for their artist. removing an successful artist from votings is equal to join the hate campaign against him. shame on you for ‘causing pain to human beings.
