- Refactor the format for provider details when a user submits a form containing NPI types
- BUGFIX: Fix an issue that was causing the conditional logic to fail if some values in the attributes matched partially within a string
- BUGFIX: Fix an issue that was causing some sections to not hide even though all of their section attributes were hidden
- BUGFIX: Fix an issue that was causing tile titles to get truncated in the grid view mode
- Ensure that the default value being assessed in the forms conditional logic is the one for the source attribute, not the current attribute
