Ottima app

Ottima app, la uso da anni con soddisfazione. Unico appunto: sarebbe bello venisse aggiornata per supportare al meglio gli schermi dei device “X” (X, Xs, Xr). A parte quello nulla da dire!

Bella, ma

L’app è ben fatta, la versione per apple tv mostra l’esecuzione degli esercizi durante l’allenamento, quella per iphone invece no e se durante l’allenamento (specialmente se agli inizi) uno non si ricorda un esecuzione, l’allenamento è compromesso.
Inoltre pur accedendo con la stessa login, i log degli allenamenti su iphone e apple tv non sono sincronizzati.
Per il resto con la fascia ticker x è spettacolare, anche se ogni tanto non conteggia bene le ripetizioni.
Aggiungerei tra gli esercizi anche i PullUps.

Quando non faccio nulla

È l’ultimo baluardo che mi resta per fare un po’ di movimento. È davvero tanto meglio che niente, e non posso mai dire di non avere tempo.
