Description
The official Aena app offers flight information of the 43 Spanish airports managed by Aena, including A.S.Madrid-Barajas, J.T.Barcelona-El Prat, Palma de Mallorca, etc.
Download the app so you can:
• Plan your trip, scan your boarding pass or search for your flight, destination or airline directly (trace your flight up to 2 weeks in advance).
• Receive real-time notifications and custom offers: terminal of arrival or departure, check-in desk, departure gate, baggage claim, discount coupons, etc.
• Detailed maps of the airport: security and passport filters and controls, restaurants, cafés, shops, car hire, etc.
• Move around the airport calculating routes from one point to another with the AenaMaps service. Available at A.S. Madrid-Barajas, J.T.Barcelona-El Prat, Málaga-Costa del Sol and Alicante-Elche Miguel Hernández
• Request PRM services directly from the App.
• Book or purchase Parking services, VIP Lounges, Fast Track or Fast Lane and Meet&Assist.
• Check all the promotions and active offers at each airport.
• Exclusive discounts for Aena Club. Check them all at clubcliente.aena.es

Did you just delete users ?!
Since 20/06 there is an in-app message saying they improved the security of the app and they invite to change the password. Great, except that it’s impossible to do: login is not recognized anymore and can’t recover password. Did you just delete all users while improving the security?!
Because of this I can’t access to a parking booking and no support is available.
Terrible user experience.
