La cordialità elemento essenziale
Dalla pianificazione del mio futuro viaggio a New York, mantengo una corrispondenza con l’assistenza per alcune mie indecisioni. Ogni volta che ho contattato il call center non solo sono riuscito ad ottenere risposte in brevissimo tempo ma ho riscontrato una preparazione ed una cordialità che difficilmente si riscontra nel quotidiano. I miei complimenti alle /agli assistenti. Devo sottolineare la professionalità dimostrata.
1 stella perché meno non si può
Prenoto un hotel a Venezia per una notte.
Il check-in era dalle 14:00 alle 23:00, noi sapendo di arrivare alle 22:30 chiamiamo numerose volte i 2 numeri di telefono forniti dall’annuncio non ottenendo nessuna risposta. Decidiamo allora di presentarci presso la struttura, arriviamo e l’hotel era chiuso allora citofoniamo e niente nessuna risposta ritrovandoci alle 22:50 a Venezia senza un posto dove dormire. Dopo esserci arrangiati per la notte il giorno dopo ovviamente chiamiamo Agoda per ottenere spiegazioni, loro inizialmente neanche riescono a contattare la struttura (non avevano neanche verificato i numeri di telefono) e dopo vari tentativi mi comunicano che hanno ricevuto una mail dalla struttura nella quale viene detto che non effettuano rimborsi....
Allora mi dicono di provare a contattare la struttura per conto mio, essendo loro gli intermediari mi chiedo quale sia il loro ruolo.
SONO DEGLI INCOMPETENTI NON PRENOTATE MAI TRAMITE QUESTO SITO.
