I'm waiting for the refund

I purchased the week plan to use the app. Every time I try to upload a picture it says "no document to upload", so I asked for a refund, but since then the website crushed. I'm waiting for the full refund, but it doesn't seem to be the case with this app.
By the way, the ads i sae displayed a function that is not in the app.

Una prova senza obbligo di acquisto dopo i tre giorni si poteva fare, chi troppo vuole nulla stringe!

Ti dicono che la settimana di prova è di 0€ invece ti scalano 0.99 €.
In più nelle pubblicità ti fanno vedere gli abbracci e baci con l’intelligenza artificiale mentre alla fine non puoi fare niente.
