The Mimi app is currently calibrated for Apple EarPods, Apple AirPods, Apple AirPods Pro, the Sennheiser HDA 200 & 300. The accuracy of your test results will depend on the type of headphones you use, as well as the ambient noise level. The results we provide are intended as a first step in testing your hearing. Please always seek advice from a medical professional.

Ottimo ma con un fondamentale errore

Il microfono rimane acceso per vedere che non ci sia troppo rumore ambientale ma in questo modo ogni volta che si respira il test si blocca xche per avere il telefono in mano x forza questo è il suo microfono sono a 30 cm dalla bocca e dal naso... una volta misurato che non c’è rumore di fondo eccessivo basterebbe passando allo step successivo disattivare il microfono del cellulare

Hi there, we are currently working on the sensitivity of our noise monitor. The reason it is so sensitive is because your hearing test results can be miscalculated if the environment is too noisy. We value the accuracy of results and thus try to control factors which could influence them. Please try taking it in a very silent environment, thank you for your support!

Applicazione utilissima e valida

L'ho scoperta da poco. Molto valida. L'unica accortezza che consiglio è di trovare un ambiente veramente silenzioso. A chi può consiglierei una sala di registrazione anecoica (e quindi isolata acusticamente), es. certe sale di registrazione di livello.

Stelle a caso

Quando ho toccato il numero di stelle per valutare il gradimento, queste magicamente sono aumentate mio malgrado. Non che l’app non mi sia piaciuta, anzi! Solo che non le avrei dato cinque stelle per l’attendibilità. Poi adesso gliele toglierei altre😅
