Stanotte ero al ps di careggi e non sapevo che stavano chiamando un taxi per me mentre io ero in difficoltà e lo stavo prenotando dalla app (per la prima volta) Il taxi della reception è arrivato prima e siccome erano le 1 di notte, stavo poco bene e mi faceva freddo oltre al fatto che fossi sola mi sono sentita di prendere il primo che è arrivato che non era quello della app a sempre Socota. In ogni caso grazie socota mi avete salvata. Alle 1 di notte siete arrivati entro 10 minuti, eravate la mia unica salvezza. Grazie e scusatemi non l’ho fatto apposta.

Abbiamo preso il taxi in 2 ragazze, il conducente carino e gentile , si è preoccupato ad aspettare che entrassimo nei portoni in due case differenti , è stato super super bravo !!

NON RISPETTA IL TEMA SCURO -> NON ADATTO A CHI È IPERSENSIBILE ALLA LUCE
Ho una disabilità visiva: acromatopsia completa: lo schermo chiaeo e luminoso mi acceca ed ho una vista monocromatica. Perciò ho Impostazioni>Schermo e luminosità>Aspetto>Scuro. Ma questa app NON RISPETTA il tema scuro che ho scelto in Impistazioni di iOS e NON HA un proprio tema scuro! Risultato: non posso usare AppTaxi in autonomia senza un forte affaticamento visivo a causa del mio difetto di vista. Per quanto buona, questa app non rispetta le mie necessità di persona ipovedente. L’attenzione a tutti gli utenti, specialmente ai più svantaggiati, fa tutta la differenza fra un’app di qualità ed una scadente. Per favore, risolvete questa grave mancanza.
