- Arc Sync is here! We're continuing to integrate Desktop and Mobile for a seamless experience. To activate, select App Settings > Sync with Arc Desktop and use your Arc account login details.
- You can give your home screen an update with one of our new Custom App Icons! To activate, select App Settings > App Icon and select a new icon for use.
- Browse for Me pages now include the option to share feedback about the results. Help us improve your answers! Tap the thumbs up or thumbs down to "Did Arc answer your question?" to let us know if your results were helpful.
- We've improved our loading indicator! You'll notice a more vibrant, glowing line and a new pull-to-refresh experience. Loading will also now appear in the Tab Controls view.

Nuovo browser default

Da utente Arc desktop (Mac) ho già provveduto a sostituire Safari anche sull’ iPhone.

Anche se ad oggi mancano alcune funzioni e non si può ancora definire un browser “completo” in tutto e per tutto, sono fiducioso che da qui a qualche mese (magari entro fine 2024) lo possa diventare. Essendo stato beta tester della versione per Mac, posso solo essere felice della direzione in cui questi browser sta andando e voglio sperare che i passi da gigante si possano tramandare anche alla versione mobile visto che ora il team è decisamente più grande.

Beh, che dire. L’unico browser che mi ha fatto cambiare safari dopo TANTE prove di altri (da Vivaldi, Brave, Firefox, edge, Tor…).

Convinta ma non troppo

L’idea di questa app è fantastica, per l’utente generico almeno. O meglio sono arrivati a capire che magari un utente pone direttamente una domanda al motore di ricerca e in questo momento questa è l’unica app che può dare una risposta sedutastante (browsing) chiara e diretta. Peccato che arc è ancora un prodotto di nicchia con utenti medi o che hanno molte conoscenze su questo settore di conseguenza questa app non raggiunge pienamente il suo obbiettivo. Però c’è da dire che non appena rilasceranno il browser arc anche per Windows sicuramente le cose cambieranno visto e considerando che il mercato principale corrisponde sempre alla Microsoft. Io stessa sono rimasta utente Windows e mi sono già iscritta al programma per beta tester e non vedo l’ora che arrivi il mio turno, detto questo tutto sommato va bene ma non sono convinta pienamente

Ottimo, con potenzialità di miglioramento

Browser innovativo, molto veloce, presenta alcune funzionalità davvero speciali come "browse for me" e "summerize" (che con un gesto riassume la pagina visitata) che fanno davvero la differenza rispetto alla concorrenza.
Le pagine si aprono in un attimo e le pubblicità intrusive vengono bloccate in automatico.
Ha grandi potenzialità; aggiungendo qualche funzione mancante, come la possibilità di scegliere lo zoom delle pagine oppure una migliore gestione dei preferiti, sarà il browser definitivo.
