IMPROVE COMMUNICATION

Communicate with your tenants individually or at a property level with a tap. Sharing a message with all your tenants has never been easier.

MAINTENANCE REQUEST

Your tenants can request maintenance requests through the app, provide optional pictures, give additional detail. And you can keep track of all your requests and resolve them through the app.

EXPENSE

Keeping track of property expenses is a breeze with Atalo. You can link expenses with a property or a maintenance request. Using the Admin Portal, you can check your outgoings per property or per expense type.

CUSTOMIZE

Using the Admin Portal you can change what features your tenants have access to by dynamically update the mobile user interface to reflect features you have enabled

CUSTOM SERVICE

You can create custom services for your tenants to request. With an optional booking option using calendars.

SOCIAL FEED

If you have many properties you can create a wall-feed to communicate with all your tenants using engaging and creative post using the Admin Portal. You can also switch this feature off like any other feature if you feel it does not suit your needs

PARCEL NOTIFICATION

If you provide services that collect parcels on behalf of your tenants, Atalo allows you to manage and notify tenants about any parcel collected
