Sempre più cara
Posso dirmi un’utente dal 2019, da diversi mesi ho mantenuto l’abbonamento costante ad un prezzo più basso dei 9.90€ che erano; mancano tanti titoli un po’ più tecnici e ce ne sono centinaia che non leggerei, ma il problema è che pur usandolo molte ore ogni giorno non si ascoltano certo 10 libri al mese (se anche solo uno dura 23 ore..). Ora il prezzo sale oltre 11€.
Personalmente ho avuto così tanti problemi tecnici ed un’esperienza tanto pessima con un’assistenza che a tutt’oggi dopo MESI non mi ha dato risposte e non ha nemmeno più risposto (nemmeno ci provano più!) che posso solo dire: un’ottima idea, un’app scritta malissimo con troppi errori (a livello di costruzione app, detto da chi di professione programma computer e app). Tecnici che dopo aver chiesto e ottenuto di sapere che telefono hai e che versione software riescono a farti avere istruzioni che non esistono più dall’iPhone X o forse da iOS 10.. Con tutti i soldi che prende Amazon investa in tecnici decenti.
Gli operatori call center per contro sono gentili: non si può prendersela con gente che ha la sola colpa di non aver ricevuto una giusta formazione!
Aspettiamo. E vediamo se quando mettono “risoluzione bug e disponibile questo pulsante” almeno queste cose si vedranno.
App Audible
Ormai sono tre anni che ascolto audiolibri e ho superato i 130 titoli, perché mi accompagnano in diverse attività manuali tipo giardinaggio, fai da te o altro. Per me è una app indispensabile, ma la trovo carente soprattutto quando si cerca un nuovo titolo da ascoltare. Ci sono titolo letti in lingue diverse mescolati tra loro. C’è poca selettività, cioè sarebbe il caso di aumentare le categorie dividendo maggiormente i titoli. Anche temporalmente, ad es. i classici almeno per il secolo in cui sono stati scritti. Dovrebbe esserci una maggiore personalizzazione: è inutile che mi vengano suggeriti titoli che ho già letto, mentre potrebbero essere proposti titoli nuovi in base all’affinità con le mie scelte passate, come avrebbe fatto un bravo libraio di vecchio stampo. Ma sembra difficile perché se per caso interrompo per un breve periodo l’ascolto per dei libri che non sono presenti nel catalogo Audible (può succedere! “Anche nelle migliori famiglie” come si dice!), nel momento in cui si riprende l’abbonamento i titoli letti in precedenza sono cancellati. E questo dispiace: dovrebbe esserci il modo di reinserirli.
