I cannot say for sure how accurate the measurements are since I am not an expert. What I do know is that if I stop going to the gym and eat poorly the measurements see it, and conversely if I eat healthy and exercise a lot the lean mass increases and the fat mass decreases. To me it's a tremendously good product, with wide room for improvement like all things, but definitely worth investing in because it can make a difference for a person who wants to get on a path of improvement and wants to make sure it's working. I also used the subscription a little bit. The functions are nice but nothing outstanding especially given the high cost. However, the free features are more than enough for good monitoring.
