My Avaz experience

We (my daughter and all the rest of the family) have been using Avaz for several years. My daughter never spoke in her life; she fully understands but … not even a word in all her life. Well since she started using Avaz at a very simple level (and it was very easy … couple of months maximum) she has been able to select very simple words and therefore to “express” her desires about food, activities, mood, preferences, wishes, physical status, desired locations, friends, relatives, … Of course, you have to be patient in setting up all the specificities (words/names, relative’s photos, houses, schools, teachers, entertainment places, … and so on) choosing them from Avaz library or creating and loading by yourself; but it is very easy. As a matter of facts, we finally have a communication channel between my daughter and all the rest of the world which really gives her (and us) a different perspective. Thanks Avaz, you made our lives easier and happier.
