Description
This App permits to our customers to have a complete remote control of their Home Automation Plants.
The App requires an account to login in our Cloud system and see the plant list associated to that account.
After the user login, you can enter in a specific home automation plant providing the username and password of the plant itself. Once the login has done, the user access directly to his/her home automation central supervisor and is able to control lights, shutters, dimmers, and so on of its plant.
Bedise the direct control, the APP lets the user to receive push notification on burglar alarm events, or technical events when they occur.
As a last feature, the app controls the position of the phone using GPS services. When the user arrives near his/her plant, it triggers an event sending a message to AVE Cloud service.

Problema dopo ultimo aggiornamento ios 15
Dopo aver aggiornato a ios 15 l’app si blocca e per poterne usufruire, bisogna disinstallarla e reinstallarla di nuovo. Spero si ponga rimedio molto presto.
Finalmente un buon prodotto
É inutile dire che c'è tanto margine di miglioramento, ma già siamo ad un buon livello. Aspettiamo la versione per IPad quanto prima.
Sistema molto acerbo applicazioni disfunzionali
L’idea che ti vendono sarebbe anche buona ma dopo aver installato tutto il sistema domotico Ave mi ritrovo con un videocitofono che da remoto funziona 2 volte su 10 se va bene. Dopo mesi di configurazioni varie e prove non è migliorato niente. Riesci a visualizzare l’interlocutore quando se ne è già andato da mezz’ora. Il sistema perde la configurazione di rete e spesso va riavviato il webserver altrimenti tutto il sistema va in crisi.
Le applicazioni sono orrende graficamente proprio poco curate, con pochissime opzioni, lente che quasi ti fanno passare la voglia di usarle.
La configurazione dei termostati tramite app richiede una laurea e dopo aver capito come fare il sistema perde spesso le informazioni richiedendo la configurazione manuale. Mi sono confrontato più volte con l’assistenza se così si può definire ma il personale purtroppo non è adeguatamente formato.
È un sistema molto costoso e ci si aspetta efficienza e affidabilità. Sono rimasto molto deluso doveva semplificarmi la vita non complicarla.
