Prima dell'ultimo aggiornamento funzionava perfettamente,ora crasha ogni volta si accede al menu

Outside UK is not working and I can’t access my tickets

This is ridicolous! I bought Taylor Swift tickets and even though I can access to the website, in order to see and use my tickets I have to access the App.
Only issue is that there is a bug and I can not enter the app, in goes in loading in loop.
The only explanation customer support gave me is that I leave outside UK.
Are you really kidding me?! Do they pretend that only people leaving in UK would by tickets for UK concerts?! And how I will know that it will work when I need go use my really expensive tickets?!
