Molto soddisfatta!!!
Mi sono iscritta da poco su questa app per fare la babysitter e mettermi da parte un po’ di soldi per quando avrò finito il liceo visto che ho 16 anni, e devo dire che è un app molto semplice da utilizzare e puoi trovare lavoro anche vicino casa tua quindi è assolutamente perfetto per me. Non ho ancora iniziato a lavorare poiché mi sono iscritta da poco ma sicuramente rimarrò soddisfatta e per questo metto 4 stelle, cambierò a 5 quando avrò fatto la mia esperienza. Grazie!!
Deluso dal servizio
Non solo la app è concepita malissimo ma ho la sensazione di essere stato truffato: cerco una babysitter con urgenza e mi registro. Mi arrivano decine di offerte. Voglio subito contattare una babysitter che dice di abitare in zona e attivo l’abbonamento pagando la quota mensile. Nessuna delle babysitter risponde alle richieste. Qualcuna addirittura ci dà appuntamento rimandando di continuo e dissolvendosi. Come si fa a non pensare che ci siano persone che prendono una quota parte per costringere il cliente a pagare il primo mese registrandosi?Attenzione! Ricorrete al passaparola o ad altri canali gratuiti.
Poca chiarezza
L’app sembra gratuita inizialmente ed invece non e’ per niente chiaro che per comunicare con le potenziali tate bisognasse iscriversi e pagare 10 euro al mese, e questo lo scopri solo dopo aver tentato 1000 volte invano di scrivere messaggi di risposta alle tate, messaggi che spariscono subito aver dato l’invio perché in realtà mai recapitati. La comunicazione efficace a mio avviso e’ alla base della serieta’!
