If you already have a BDO Online Banking account, just log in with your Online Banking username and password.
If you're having trouble logging in, just follow these steps and create a new password for the BDO Online app.
Step 1
On the log in screen, tap Need help logging in? > I'd like to reset my password.
Step 2
Set up your new password
Step 3
Log in with your Online Banking username and new password.
The password for the old Online Banking website and the BDO Digital Banking app is unchanged and maintained separately.

Signing up account problems
Put error if the number format is wrong
The app is great! But I was trying to pay for my credit card bill but it kept being unsuccessful. It turns out it was because there was a space when I put in the card number. At least put an error immediately if the number format is wrong, because it kept letting me pay but in the end tells me it was unsuccessful and I couldn’t figure out why.
Its ok
The app is great but we need more securities hopefuly for our online banking account special when logging in and tranfering fund and bills payment . Pls. always update your app devolepers for secure banking online . thank you 👍
