Description

Do you have what it takes to lead like Washington? Step into the boots of the first president and commander and chief and make the very same decisions he had to.

Do you have what it takes to lead like Washington? The popular interactive theater at Mount Vernon is now available to play at home and in the classroom.

Step into the boots of the first president and commander and chief and make the very same decisions he had to. Hear from his contemporaries and advisors such as Alexander Hamilton, Thomas Jefferson, Henry Knox and more.

Hosted by Chris Jackson, who played George Washington in the broadway musical Hamilton, players will be introduced to four key decisions Washington had to make: the Battle of Second Trenton, the Newburgh Conspiracy, the Genet Affair, and the Whiskey Rebellion. Hear from those who would have advised Washington, rate their persuasiveness, then make your decision and see if you would have lead like Washington.

Each of the four scenarios run approximately 15 minutes and can be played in a single player mode or in a multi-player network game. For multi-player game play, everyone should be playing in the same room, one computer is the host of the game an the others join and play the game. This app allows users to download all media onto their local device for smoother game play.
