The Bihl+Wiedemann app was developed to optimally support service technicians on site. With a simple and intuitive design, it gives you quick access to technical documents, data sheets and diagnostic data, making your work easier and faster.
Main functions
• Local device search: You can quickly find and connect relevant devices in a network.
• Web server access: Access to diagnostic data and settings of gateways.
• Product search: Access to product information via the Bihl+Wiedemann website.
• Download function: Download documents directly and make them available offline.
• Easy Access: One-time login for quick access to all functions.
• Time saving: All information immediately available without having to use different systems.
Areas of application
The app is designed for use with machines and supports service technicians in generating diagnostics and changing settings. It does not matter whether you are dealing with smaller machines or complex systems - the app supports you in all application scenarios.
The app can be used in english and german.
