Nonostante l'impegno a una prova gratuita di tre giorni l'addebito sulla carta è scattato all'istante; oltretutto mi è stata addebitata l'opzione semestrale da 19,99 euro anzichè la mensine da 9,99. Aggiungo che la app si blocca in continuazione e non è chiaro se registri veramente sistolica e diastolica. Mi aspetto un rimborso che immagino non avrò.
Truffa
Scaricata per errore e subito disininstallata si sono fottuti i 19euro per i sei mesi e non c’è modo di recedere infatti non ti dicono come fare si limitano a farti andare nelle impostazioni del telefono e poi ti devi arrangiare. Disonestà allo stato puro!!! Una stella perché non si può dare meno!!!
Ho comprato poco fa il pacchetto per sei mesi
Ma è una app complicata altro che semplice nell’utilizzo, voglio recedere e riprendermi i 19,90 ma non me lo consente. Il diritto di recesso è sempre valido purché entro una settimana. Io dopo pochi secondi di utilizzo ho capito che è una bufala
