I love this esim
I am amazed to see how much technology has evolved. I have been traveling for the past 15 years and I used to buy local sim cards on my destination. Thanks to BNESIM, I can purchase an eSIM with a cellular data plan that I can use overseas is very easy and affordable.

I have I bought one sim on the app with apple pay. I don’t receive any sim and no confirmation email yet you take the money.
I call the Italian customer service and the number does not answer. I write on the chat and Mike said to me “ I will need a few minutes to check your account and provide you with an accurate resolution. Thank you for your patience” and then he’s disappeared (I have waited him for 30 minutes). I lost my money and I did not receive the sim. this is called theft

Our customer care has experienced an extraordinarily high volume of requests due to an ongoing promotion, which unfortunately has slowed down response times. This does not in any way justify the poor service you experienced, but we want to assure you that we are doing our best to improve the situation.
Regarding the non-delivery of the eSIM, it was a temporary technical issue. We want to reassure you that it was never our intention to receive payment without delivering the product.

Throttled speed in the unlimited plan: watch out
Got the unlimited plan for a whole month, watched some streaming and then I got this message that if you consume 500mb in a day then your velocity is lowered.
Don’t you think that it’s better to put this information in bigger characters during the choice of plans? Or make it more clear??
And also lowered velocity to what? How many kbps? It’s impossible even to use telegram how am I supposed to make a call?

To clarify, the message you receive is just to inform you about high usage, and it's not related to speed reduction. We do not have any daily limit to reduce the speed for any of our plans.
