BOSS TONE STUDIO dedicated for KATANA-AIR/KATANA-AIR EX
●Connect the BOSS KATANA-AIR series and your iPhone/iPad via Bluetooth to use this app.
* BOSS KATANA-AIR/KATANA-AIR EX is necessary to use this app.
* Set up the Bluetooth connection in the Connection window displayed after the app is launched.
●BOSS TONE STUDIO incorporates convenient functions; ‘Download Function of Additional Tones (Livesets)’, ‘Tone Edit Function’, and ‘Tone Librarian Function’.
●Version 2.0 adds a Session feature that lets you enjoy a KATANA-AIR session with YouTube videos and music stored on your iPhone/iPad.
●This app provides an integrated access to the BOSS TONE CENTRAL website offering additional free contents for BOSS products.
*An active internet connection is required to download the additional tones (Livesets).
* This app requires KATANA-AIR system program version 2.0.0 or later. KATANA-AIR EX can be used as is.

Not working after iOs14 uodate
App crashes every first launch. When finally opened, do not allow pairing with the amplifier, showing an error message “Try again”
Cool app, but landscape mode?
Perfect app to manage all the flexibility of my Katana Air. The only missing feature is the Landscape mode. Almost all the Ipad stands are oriented like that and would be cool to have the iPad well placed while using this app!
Katana air is great, the app is very poor
It’s a shame. I absolutely love my katana air, it has an incredible sound and I’ve managed to set 6 great presets, from acoustic to lead distortion. The app is very poor. It has the same knobs of the amp , with double functions. You must choice all your effects and assign them to the knobs before your settings. Every time it asks you to which Bluetooth device you want to connect. If you compare this editor with hx edit, you feel this as very inadeguate. And the amp is a perfect companion to play along YouTube videos, a good app with presets would be a great experience. The amp is already perfect, the wireless jack is amazing (you pick up your guitar and the amp on the other side of the room powers up. But you cannot change presets from you couch, and you will prefer to do it manually instead of using this app.
