Our aims are to help you feel happier, calmer & more content, improve key relationships with others, be more focussed & productive, feel more balanced & in-control and improve your creativity.
Through our courses, you'll: Identify your stress triggers & responses and explore why your brain works the way it does, Learn short coping strategies for times when you feel stressed or anxious (at work or elsewhere), Learn longer mindfulness & meditation practices and Discover how to integrate mindfulness into daily life.
Our courses include teachings & practices from the evidence-based 8-week Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) course.

By signing up, you will get access to subscription(s) that include features such as progress tracking, and offline sync.
The download of Bubbling Lotus is free of charge. No free trial offered. Should you use Bubbling Lotus app to access in-app content via available subscription(s), a payment will be charged to your credit card through your App Store account . A subscription renews automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours prior to the end of the subscription period. There is no increase in price when renewing.
Subscription(s) can be managed and auto-renewal turned off in Account Settings in the App Store after purchase.
