really good but not well explained

the game is really good but some things are not explained like how can i increase beauty and unlock tea party?

Your Majesty, you can promote your consorts to beauty by increasing their promotion EXP, granting consorts attribute packs and maids, as long as you have consorts reach beauty, you can unlock the Tea Party function, attribute packs can be obtained by exchanging in gem shop of Foreign Ministry or banquet shop, maids can be obtained in Foreign Ministry.

Where is customer support?

I have received feedback from the Customer Support so I’m modifying this review to highlight that. However, this game is available to European and American players too, and yet their Customer Support is only based in Asia. This can be an issue because often the game presents bugs that spoil the experience of a player in Europe in the middle of the day but they won’t be able to get CS feedback until it is night time. The company should consider having a Europe based and US based CS service too, so that the players can voice their concerns at more reasonable hours.
