Description
Using the calories table you can define the energy value of the most popular food items and cooked foods. As well, you can learn and correct your daily eating. General list includes the information on energy, carbohydrates, proteins and fats content in 100 grams of food. Energy value is expressed in kilocalories (kcal). The app contains more than 8700 items, and for your convenience it is separated into sections, and food items are listed in alphabetic order. Data in table are maximally exact, but you shall remeber that cooking peculiarities of some food influence the energy value and content of proteins, fats and carbohydrates.

Se hai qualche dubbio…
Molto pratica, facilissima... E soprattutto ti toglie qualsiasi dubbio in merito alle calorie cercando facilmente il tuo alimento. ... Unica cosa metterei una calcolatrice per poter fare un calcolo tra calorie e quantità di alimento
La funzione cerca causa app crash
La app in se é bella, snella e funzionale. É esattamente ciò che cerco, un database facilmente consultabile con i macro nutrienti e le calorie complessive. Come già suggerito da altri recensori, una funzione di calcolatrice ed il “cerca per nome” sarebbero una bella aggiunta. La possibilità di registrare poi un elenco di favoriti ed aggiungere la possibilità di comporre delle liste, darebbero alla app una funzionalità più profonda; ovviamente capirei che alcune aggiunte fossero appannaggio di una versione premium a pagamento

Veloce e pratica da usare, sarebbe perfetta se avesse una calcolatrice.
