A TILE PLACEMENT GAME OF CREATING LANDSCAPES, CLAIMING AREAS, AND GAINING POINTS
Discover or re-discover Carcassonne, the multi-awarded tile-based game in which players draw and place their tiles to build a medieval city. Place your cities, roads, abbeys or fields to enlarge your landscape, then place your followers, the meeples. Knights, robbers or farmers... Each meeple will help you control your territory and win points.
But be careful, you will need all your best strategy and tactics to maximum your points! Place your tiles and your meeples wisely to stop your opponents and win the game.
6 EXPANSIONS: ENLARGE YOUR LANDSCAPE AND OPTIMIZE YOUR POINTS
Thanks to the mini expansions ""The River"" and ""The Abbot"", you can embellish your landscape and vary your game to enjoy new ways to play! Double or even triple your points thanks to the new buildings in the Inns & Cathedrals expansion! And with the Traders & Builders expansion, score more points with the trading commodities and build faster with the builders! Discover the city of Carcassonne covered with a blanket of white snow in the Winter Edition... and look out for the Gingerbread Man and the bonus points he'll give you! Beware of the Dragon in ""the Princess and the Dragon"" expansion! He could eat your Meeples if you're not cautious. And be kind with the Princess: she might prefer you to other Meeples and toss them out of the cities!

• Try out the aerial top view to refine your strategy!
• Additional strategic layers compared to the physical version:
- field view which allows you to see the field possession of each player
- remaining tile list: allows you to see the tiles which are remaining in the draw pile

Bellissimo ma.......
Gioco molto bello, grafica eccellente, ma dopo in trentina di partite giocate non ne ho vinta una........dove è che sbaglio?
Migliorabile
Da appassionato del gioco da tavolo non posso non esser felice dell’arrivo sull’app store di Carcassonne.
Alcuni problemi per gli sviluppatori:
1) si disconnette continuamente dall’account, perde il nome utente e ogni volta bisogna resettare la password.
2) non si può scegliere il colore del segnalino, il verde è poco visibile
3) sullo schermo di un iPhone il punteggio parziale è illeggibile
4) non conoscevo i giardini nella versione base... ma non sarebbe un problema se le istruzioni fossero leggibili
5) difficile crearsi una lista di amici preferiti da selezionare nelle sfide.... ogni volta si resetta e diventa complicato ripartire (soprattutto se al punto 1 è cambiato il nome utente)

Molte pecche
Intanto voglio dire che sono molto contenta che finalmente ci sia un app online per giocare esclusivamente a Carcassonne. Detto questo trovo deludente che una volta pagato 4€ per scaricare l’applicazione sia necessario acquistare a botte di 2/3/4€ le varie espansioni. Averle o meno ti preclude di giocare online con altri giocatori. In un certo senso ti ghettizza e ti obbliga ad acquistare sempre di più… poi all’interno si crea una specie di gerarchia che ovviamente a causa di un bag rende il tutto ridicolo. Capisco il karma, ed il punteggio di per se… ma se ad un giocatore finisce il tempo (anche se alle ultime tessere) quel giocatore viene automaticamente eliminato. Il problema ė che spesso vengono eliminati entrambi i giocatori uno dopo l’altro perché il tempo si esaurisce e la partita va perduta. Suggerisco di lasciare ai giocatori la scelta di espellere se dopo un tot l’avversario non risponde. Comunque l’impressione é che ci sia un eccessiva sfasatura di tempo tra quello impiegato realmente e quello rilevato dall’app.
Da risolvere assolutamente!!!
